Materials Needed for the Project:
* 1 Cup Flour
* 2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
* 1/4 Cup Salt
* 1 Cup Warm Water
* 1 Teaspoon Oil
* Food Coloring
* Electric Skillet
* Baby Food Jars
* Wooden Spoons, Measuring Cups, Teaspoons, Large Bowl

| Mix all ingredients, adding food coloring last. Stir over medium heat until blended smooth. Place in baby food jars when cooled. |
